Time Slot Scheduling: All placements are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. If you have a preferred time slot, let us know in your submission — we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

Submission & Approval Process

Our team reviews all requests to ensure quality, fit, and compliance.

• Approval & Confirmation

If approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your scheduled air dates, payment instructions, and a link to accept our Terms of Broadcast.

• Placement Begins

Once payment is confirmed and terms are accepted, your content goes live!​

 Music Rotation: Get your track played on our 24/7 radio stream. Starting at $30 for 2 weeks of rotation. Please be sure to complete submission form and email you audio file (MP3 or WAV ), track title, artist name, short artist bio (optional) to _______

Includes:

• Airplay in regular rotation for selected duration

• Exposure to our growing listener base and social audience

 

Advertising & Promotions: Promote your product, service, or brand through our radio and livestream broadcasts. Add-on options available for social media exposure. Starting at $50 for 2 weeks rotation. Please be sure to complete the submission form and email JPEG, PNG, MP4, WAV files, as well as Ad copy or audio + branding visuals (if applicable) to _________

• 30-sec or 60-sec audio spots

• Pre-recorded ads or host-read promotions

• Visuals promoted via our social platforms (additional fees)​

 

Podcast Hosting: Let your podcast reach more ears! We offer scheduled slots for pre-recorded episodes or live streaming. Starting at $40 for 2 week rotations. Please be sure to complete the submission form and email your audio file (MP3/WAV), episode description, and cover art (optional), or streaming link if hosting elsewhere to __________

Requirements:

• Minimum length: 30 minutes

• Submit a pre-recorded episode or provide a live stream link (Include in email after completing form submission)

• In-studio recording slots available on a limited basis. additional fees apply.

DJ Set Slots: Bring the energy! Submit a live or pre-recorded DJ set to be aired during scheduled rotation hours. Starting at $40. Please be sure to complete the submission form and email email set lists/mixes to ___________

Requirements:

• Set must be at least 60 minutes

• Submit final mix or request a live session slot

• Mixes must be radio compliant

 Terms of Broadcast

All content must be original and free from copyright issues. By accepting our broadcast terms, you grant Grinder Nation Radio permission to feature your content during scheduled air time and promote it across our platforms as part of the placement package.

All approved content is added to our radio rotation and played regularly throughout the placement period. While specific frequency may vary based on scheduling and content volume, our goal is to ensure consistent and meaningful exposure for each feature. We rotate content during a variety of dayparts to help you reach different listener segments.
